The Charles A. Highsmith Sr. and Mrs. Magnolia J. White Highsmith Endowed Scholarship has been established to provide incoming or currently enrolled students at Ãļ§Ö±²¥ majoring in education, who can demonstrate financial need. The funds to establish this endowment are being provided by the Highsmith Family.
